While it might be tempting to pack your car, personal belongings aren’t covered by insurance during transport, and excess weight can delay pickup. Please clear out all items before loading day.

A clean vehicle helps ensure accurate inspection photos. Dirt can hide scratches or dents, so washing your car beforehand allows for a fair and thorough condition report.
Check Tire Pressure and Breaks
Proper tire pressure and functioning brakes are essential for safe loading and unloading. Low or flat tires can cause issues with ramps or create safety risks.

Your vehicle needs to start and move under its own power at both pickup and delivery. A fully charged battery prevents delays and extra handling fees.
